Roman Tufted Geese

Roman Tufted Geese are a small breed of geese that weigh around 10 to 12 pounds as adults. They mature quickly and make excellent guards for other farm fowl friends. They are seasonal breeders and usually lay between 25 and 35 eggs in Early Spring.

Roman Tufted Geese are listed as Critical on The Livestock Conservancy's list which means there are fewer than 500 birds in the U.S., and an estimated global population of less than 1,000.
